  • Each new client will be asked to complete a consultation form on arrival to assess their well-being and to allow treatment changes if required.
  • Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
  • Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
  • A skin test is required 24 hours before having an eyelash / brow tint, lash lift and eyelash extensions.
  • All times stated include preparation of room and client. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card (if you are new to the salon).
  • All treatments are subject to availability.
  • Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
  • Should you arrive late for your treatment we will do our best to honour your full treatment time however it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment for the consideration of other clients. This still applies to pre-paid courses and gift vouchers.
  • Clients who wish to cancel or re-schedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or the full cost of treatment/s will be charged. Clients can notify us via telephone or email whichever is easiest.
  • Non-arrival for treatments will result in full treatment costs being charged.
  • Should you decide not to have all treatments you have pre-booked and not tell us until you arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the time booked.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking for treatments lasting more than 2 hours, this is non-refundable should you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to attend. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
  • Prepaid Courses of Treatments have a validity of 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
  • With the loyalty card scheme points cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your loyalty card must not be transferred to a third party. Points are redeemable for treatments only not retail products.
  • We do not offer refunds for any completed services.
  • We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
  • Please understand that we can cannot accommodate children under 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
  • We are happy to take bookings for teenagers. However a parent or guardian will be required to be in attendance for those 16 years and under whilst the treatment is carried out. The parent or guardian must sign the consultation form on their behalf.
  • Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
  • In the interest of comfort to all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off for the full duration of your time at the salon.

helpful tips

  • Bring open-toed shoes for your pedicure.
  • We would advise you to exfoliate and moisturise the evening before your spray tan treatment. Wear loose dark clothing on the day of treatment.
  • We advise that you do not have any heat treatments immediately prior to or after waxing, this includes the use of the sauna, steam room, sunbed or sunbathing. Swimming and exercising are also not recommended. This also includes lash lift and eyelash extensions treatment.
